How Long Does An Expungement Take?
An expungement can take 30 to 75 days depending on the type of expungement. If you hire our firm to do a 991c expungement (a light cleaning) those generally take 30 to 45 days. A section 18 expungement can take anywhere from 60 to 75 days depending on how busy the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations and the Court are.
