Bob Wyatt: Since 1989, Mr. Wyatt has practiced law in Oklahoma with a focus on criminal defense. During his entire career (including two years as a legal intern with the OSBI), he has provided expungement services to clients throughout Oklahoma. In the Summer of 2012, Mr. Wyatt was asked by the OCDLA to make a comprehensive presentation on expungements to Oklahoma’s criminal defense lawyers. His 64-page paper was titled, Expungements Unabridged, focusing on all types of expungements permitted under Oklahoma law and specifically addressed the changes to the expungement law that will be implemented November 1, 2012. Mr. Wyatt is listed in the Best Lawyers in America®, Oklahoma Super Lawyers® and U.S. News Best Law Firms®. He is also He is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell® for his ethical standards and skill as a lawyer. Mr. Wyatt is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma and in the Supreme Court of the United States; the United States Courts of Appeals, for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits; and the United States District Courts, for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas. He has also appeared as counsel in 48 of Oklahoma’s 77 counties and in federal cases in Colorado, Iowa, Texas and Virginia. Bob Wyatt is a lifetime member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NADCL) and is First Vice President of the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Assoction (OCDLA). Mr. Wyatt’s practice is devoted 100% to defending those charged with crimes or presenting the appeals of those who have been convicted.
Ryan Haynie joined the Wyatt Law Office after graduating from the University of Oklahoma, College of Law. This is his first job since receiving his juris doctor degree. Ryan was sworn as lawyer on September 20, 2016, and admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state courts. In law school at OU, Mr. Haynie was the research editor for the American Indian Law Review. He participated as a student member of the the Federal Bar Association and the Luther Bohanon American Inn of Court. He also served on the Board of Advocates and Board of Governors at OU Law. He participated in the Negotiation Competition and on the AAJ National Trial Advocacy Team. Upon graduation, he was admitted to the Order of Solicitors (for extraordinary performance and leadership in law school competitions, primarily trial and skills competitions). Ryan gained valuable legal work experience during the summers at two separate law firms in Oklahoma and Texas and also with U.S. Magistrate Judge Shon Erwin in Oklahoma City. Mr. Haynie also interned briefly with the Cleveland County D.A.’s office and the office of U.S. District Judge Timothy DeGiusti. Mr. Haynie is engaged in all aspects of the Wyatt Law Office from trials and appeals to expungements of records.

Clint James: Mr. James joined The Firm on Baltimore, PLLC in September 2011 as a licensed legal intern and has stayed on after being admitted to the Oklahoma Bar. Thereafter, he became a partner in the spin-off firm in Tulsa known as The Firm on Baltimore. While in law school at the Tulsa University, he worked as a legal intern/law clerk for Bob Wyatt (Wyatt Law Office in OKC), Stephen Jones (Jones, Otjen & Davis in Enid), The Zurawik Firm (Tulsa) and as a runner and staffer while in high school and college for the Law Office Szlichta & Ramsey in Stillwater and McNaughten & McNaughton in Enid. Mr. James graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2012.
